How to Get Fit and Healthy, Prevent Illnesses, Including the H1N1 Viral Infection.
1. Optimize your vitamin D levels. This is one of the best strategies for avoiding all infections and a whole host of illnesses from heart attacks to cancers. This is the least expensive action you can take. Also have your Vitamin D level checked and make sure that the level is between 50-70 ng/ml. Some suggest increasing the daily dose to treat an acute infection.

3. Avoid sugar, junk and processed foods. Sugar, particularly white sugar and junk foods depressed the function of your immune system.
