Crossing Russia, which has eleven time zones, for example, can cause quite a jet lag. This was totally new to me. Have you heard this? Once I looked into it a little bit further, it actually made sense. It should work if you have weak muscles in your throat and lungs. What it is that I thought was totally new is the use of singing exercises to help stop snoring. I would have never thought the two would have any relation to each other. But, I guess I was wrong.

How Does It Work?

These exercises come from professional singers and how they prepare and warm up their voices. They need to make sure that their lungs are strong. They also need to make sure that their airways are always open. The more open it is, the better it is for them. Muscles are at the core, so they have special activities they do to make them stronger. The stronger their muscles are, the better they can sing.

Now, how does this relate? Well, these muscle locations are the same that keep your airways open while you sleep. A major cause for many people is weakness in those areas. If they can work to increase the ability of their bodies to keep those passageways open at night, then they will have solved their problem.
