Want to Lose Weight Fast?

I struggled with weight loss diets, doing endless amounts of cardio and suffering to try and become thin. What I realized in the end that if I wanted to lose weight fast I needed to do something different. Instead of focusing on the fat I needed to focus on getting to the root of why I was so overweight. This came down to 2 things, having a slow metabolism & poor bowel function.
