Most of us have hectic lifestyles and we don’t have the time to eat right, to drink enough water, sleep enough, etc. Little by little the immune system runs down and affects the digestive system. Digestive system out of balance can be give us a signal that’s something is wrong, and that signal in this case is constant diarrhea or even bloody diarrhea. Take it as a hint.

You’re not always born with food allergy or food intolerance. Consider keeping a journal of what food you eat and how you feel about that food later. This really works. When cooking meat, especially chicken (raw chicken contains more naturally occurring bacteria than other meats) give it enough time to cook to kill off that Salmonella and E.Coli. Also, be careful in the new restaurants and order something safe like cooked fish or cooked veggies. If you are on a raw diet (and I applaud to you) try to prepare your own food to go.
